Bookings

If you wish to make a booking for any of our experiences or events, please use the Booking Request Form below. 

 

Please note that Pen and Board operate out of Nottingham to the East Midlands, to help streamline you booking please indicate a Regional Area in the Additional Information Section of the form below.  If you wish to requested services outside this area please note that additional travel costs might be requested.

A member of our team will be in contact as soon as possible, to discuss details of your booking and check availability.  Once all parties have confirmed the game requirements, an invoice will be sent out for payment, follow the link and once payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that some larger events require a non-refundable deposit to be paid; this will be communicated to you before hand and will be detailed in your invoice.
