Code of Conduct
Every Pen and Board Gamemaster agrees to the below code of conduct when running both public and private games Online, at a private residence and public/private venue hire.

Respectful of property - They will always ask if it is necessary to remove shoes, carry sanitiser, regularly sanitise and wash hands before and during gameplay where appropriate. If the venue or private residence wish to enforce social distancing or any such rules to protect fellow players, Gamemasters will obey those rules.

Respectful of players - Before any Pen and Board Game, Gamemasters will send out copies of our Pen and Board Consent in Gaming checklist that we make to players about the themes featured in the game. These can be obtained from your Gamemaster, requested from info@penandboard.co.uk or from here.

Player Engagement Policy - Gamemasters will never behave inappropriately toward fellow players or hosts of games, in pre-game chat, post-game discussion, or during the game. If a fellow player behaves offensively toward the Gamemaster or fellow players and hosts, the Gamemaster reserves the right to ban said player or cancel the game with no refund issued. Online Conduct - Gamemasters will introduce themselves visually onscreen to fellow players and reserve the right to turn off their video if they deem necessary for the purpose of the game or to maintain professionalism. Any contact to public groups, unless agreed by all players shall be conducted respectfully of player privacy.
