Cave Encounters

I used this as a starting location for one of my parties, they thought they were in for a typical starting the campaign in a tavern, when suddenly the earth shook, debris started to tumble and the party fell into darkness. Awaking sometime later they found themselves in a cave system, a couple of NPCs injured or dying with no clear path to escape. What dangers lurk in the Caverns under the City of Oldham?
